It happened so that legend and history became one. In 1601, on the Grobnik Field in the hinterland of Rijeka, the Ottoman army was stopped in its conquest. It was then that the goldsmiths from Rijeka created the “Morčić” that is an image of the invader. After becoming a talisman in the 18. century, the “Morčić” became famous in the whole Central European area. “Morčić” is as trendy today as it was in the past, being a fashion accessory among the younger generations. Our “Morčić” is the result of patient craft work, uniting enamels, gold and black corals of the Adriatic Sea. Each item is uniquely painted and each one is unique in itself, though they may seem like peas in a pod.

Our new generation is apsolutely «OURS», simple, original, precious, minimalistic, but also traditional. It has the basic features of a traditional handicraft work and the built-in basic element, which has always made it a carrier of luck and health in the beliefs of people, and it is also known under the name red gold = red coral. The very fitting of the red coral, the basic element of the jewelry, in which the «Morcic» also has its roots, and the head made of black coral, make all the difference between our product and others, and it creates a new and particularly refined value. Rooted in peoples’ beliefs, from sailors to Austro-Hungarian rules, since 1601, it has been a bringer of luck, love and health.
